Victimization

I am very disappointed by the treatment recieved, On the 3rd I had an emergency C-section, which my medical aid cannot authorize due to waiting periods and stuff, so this admissions lady by the name Sisipho (friendly) sends an e-mail since my fone is off and I give her my cousins number and she calls saying that the hospital is threatening legal action as I must make a payment, so i sent an email asking to pay end of the month and she responds by saying that I need to pay half of the money today because if I don't she is losing to lose her job and I found that very confusing, are those the Policies of the company?? Is it the colour of my skin that makes Life adopt this policy maybe because im black "I will not pay" so they must victilise their own employee?? I had to borrow money urgently because i am avoiding legal actuon and the certain employee from being fired, what if i hadn borrowed or had the funds???? I AM not happy at all with this as i made an arrangement and they ovuasly dismissed it.
