Very poor service

i was admitted in your hospital in 2017 and later that year i started getting calls of my medical aid not paying the hospital and below r email trails i sent to my medical aid and it shows that someone crom your hospital didnt do their job properly nd today i got summon letters dated 2018 kindly advise as to why was i admitted if the medical aid didnt give out the authorisation and the reason i havent been paying is because no one has ever called me back with feedback regarding what the medical aid required instead in January 2018 constance gora sent me an email saying (Closed Call) - Your Call : ********** 7 is closed. See details below.why should i be liable for something that i havent been given feedback i need this sorted out without being taken to court or sheriffs being sent to my place like i am a ******** i dont know how many times have i told your lawyers representatives that required documents should be forwarded to my medical aid
