Very lazy and rude staff at Life Carstenhof

Very lazy. I do not recommend going to Life Carstenhof or any Life Healthcare when you are sick. You will heal on your own while waiting! It will take you at least 5 hours to see a doctor and the doctors there act like they are doing you a favour. The hospital aims to milk every possible cent ☹️ After 8 hours without any treatment I was informally referred to the public clinic in a rude manner - not even sure how this is possible as this is a hospital. At least give a formal referral to the clinic with an indication of what they should do, you do not have to be selfish. That’s not too much to ask with a bill of R4200.
