Very disappointing service!!

I trust this email finds you well.

I am greatly disappointed at the service rendered today at Life Hospital in Fourways. I always go to Life Fourways and receive excellent service, I even referred my Mom (Valencia Nonkululeko Komane)there.

She arrived there today at 12h20 at the trauma reception, it is now 14h00 and is still waiting to see a Doctor!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Two other ladies that came in after her, went to see the Doctor already!!! How does that work!

Very disappointing!!!!!!!!

I did call the trauma receptionist to find out why it has taken so long for my Mom to be attended to and she said that there is a patient who has been shot and needed resuscitation and that my Mom has been informed but she hadn't been informed!

This is beyond disappointing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
