Very bad service - dissapointed customer

I am currently in my 9th month of my pregnancy. I signed up at Peglarae hospital in Rustenburg for my 4D scan when i was about 5months pregnant. I have been calling every single month to follow up on my date for the scan however i receive no help from the maternity ward. Each time i was told they have not yet reached the August due dates. We are now in August, i am due to deliver next week and still no date from Peglarae. I gave them a call again todag to follow up and i was now asked if i registered cause i dont seem to appear on the list. I was told to leave my details and wait for a call back from them. I have still not received any call from them. I can understand there could be a couple of us having babies but the ladies are always rude and no one gives a clear indication as to whether the scan will happen or not so i can look for another place to schedule a booking. What frustrates me worse is that i pay my medical aid every month and the scan is part of the maternity package yet it seems i wont be afforded the opportunity to do the scan. I am very disappointed as this is one experience that any expecting mom looks forward to however it seems they just dont care!
