Very bad service at Life emergency in Beacon Bay

Worst service ever. I am so disappointed, I think a public hospital would have given me better service than what I have experienced today.

Took my 8yr old in the emergency side. At 13:00 I was seated waiting to see the front desk for admin. We waited for over 2hrs to be seen by a nurse. The nurse checked temperature and we waited for the doctor. Only at 16:00 another nurse came in with medication for pain and said that the doctor is coming. We waited until we could not wait anymore. While my husband was standing in the passage telling his friend that we are leaving without seeing a doctor, there was a doctor standing at the desk writing something for about 20 minutes. He could hear everything because he was 3 steps away and he was not bothered by the complaining parent. How professional is the doctor that can hear someone complaining and not even ask what is the complain about???????????

No one came to me and explained why we are not being attended to. The was no courtesy of being told of whatever situation that was causing this bad service. I eventually left at 16:45 without a doctor attending to my child.

Imagine 8yr old who has injured her neck while playing at school having to wait that long for something to calm the pain down, even worse no Xray and no doctor. I have never experienced waiting for a doctor for over 4 hours in an emergency section. ???????

We will get notification by a medical aid for payment to Life hospital when there was nothing done.
