Useless staff at fourways life

Absolute poor service. Accounts people at the front desk are useless idiots and don't know anything but as long as they smile they think all is ok. Dr. J Fran is useless and does not know how anesthesia works. doing an injecting and immediately working on the wound. What an Idiot. probably only got 50% for his exams. Then I pay with a credit card on the spot twice, two different bills. And then the brainless Muppet answers the question that I ask "is this everything, have I paid it all now, are you sure I am not going to get another bill in a week?" he answers verbally "yes, that's all your fully paid up". (should have asked him to sign a contract stating this.) only to find 5 months later i am being sent a summons for another R1059 without any prior communication proof or verbal follow up. And then to top if all off i get told from the hospital that i need proof of all the bills i paid as if its my job to keep their accounts in order. And when i ask how is it possible to pay on site and get told i have nothing more to pay, the stupid woman on the other side of the phone say this is how our systems work. that is not answering the question. she might as well have told me she is an absolute idiot with no brain, didn't go to school and all she knows is pick up phone dial number. she probably cant even spell system. so simply put staff is braindead and useless, no its surprise why that baby after being born got an infection shortly after birth and died from the infection. if they cant do the basics how will they keep a hospital clean. which by the way was filthy. 1 star is to high it should be in the negative.
