useless service and care from a private hospital

still waiting for life healthcare to get back to me on my previous complaint, as usual its a stalling tactic for us to forget, as long as they respond with that useless automated answer they leave it after that, not contacting you to query your concerns or anything, i am waiting 2 months for a response. the hospital hasn't even contacted me to query my issues, just ignoring me, i want my money back from that day, i should have rather went to a public hospital of clinic. what kind of facility is life healthcare running there. i sat 5 hours for nothing and they sent me home with the same pain i came in with.
