Useless!!pathetic!miserable!!*********** staff!!

<p>My 2 year old daughter was booked in again by Dr Helkas..the nurses on duty (robyne)and (.....)tried twice to put a drip in..only to butcher my daughters hands causing blue bruises almost instantly..Sister robyne was extremely rude and unpleasant and got really rough with my daughter pulling her around and tugging at her arms getting really irritated with her..the assisting nurse didn't know what or how to use the injections or syringes and opens everything by hand..no gloves..exposing it to whatever contaminants are in the air and on their hands..eventually robyne said ampath can do it..the child won't sit still..I had Levis from ampath come to do the drip,now on the arm as both hands had been bruised by the sister..robyne wrapped up my daughter and pretty much lay ontop of her with her elbows in her stomach..so much that my child screaming at me to "klim Af magie) as the sister was putting all her weight in the stomach with her elbows..the minute she got off my child the screaming stopped!!!she is rude.unfriendly and should not work in a paed ward if that's how u treat children!!after getting my daughter back to the room.the sister comes in and asks me if they can use our thermometer to check her temp..as we told them she is running a fever again..she takes out thermometer and doesn't know how to use it!!a sister that can't use a thermometer..how the **** must u look after my child!!!!!pathetic!!I hate this hospital..they should close it down!!</p>
