USELESS BILLING DEPARTMENT WITH NO COMMUNICATION!

Your accounts department is useless and you just do what you want! I have been emailing your NCR email for weeks requesting a statement to pay, i get sweet stuff all! As you can see, I have been dealing with my medical aid under a PMB claim, they have paid portion, I am trying to get a statement to pay the balance... Now i get a sms to say you have handed me over to some Blake company! This is ******* as you have been ignoring my requests and I will not take this lightly!!!!! Best you sort out your useless accounts department and get them to actually attend to things, maybe this way you will be paid! Sort this out!!!!
