Useless accounts department

My wife was in hospital last year. She received bills which the medical aid didn't pay. She paid it but then the accounts department send her mails stating that she still owes them, she looked at all her payments to the hospital and forwarded them proof of the payment. They then stopped mailing her. Then today their lawyers have send her a message to say that they demand a payment and they have also placed this on her credit record.

She then contacted the medical aid who informed her that Life hospital have double billed her. The accounts department then also called the medical aid who confirmed with them they double billed her.

Life Health care haven't even contacted her to apologise. They must make sure that her credit record is repaired immediately.
