UPGRADE THE HOSPITAL

So on the 20th September 2021 I had an emergency my pressure was very high and needed to be admitted into hospital urgently and my doctor recommended Entabeni as the specialist there was there best,. Boy oh boy was that the worse mistake ever. From the time of admission there was no sense of urgency at all. The queue for admission was so long but the Indian guy kept playing on his phone sitting with colleagues all on our time not bothered about the patients nothing. Asking for her phone number totally disregarding the patients. Finally I get admitted and my word its truly sad that Entabeni and believe me when I say this and other patients agree is exactly like a government facility. it is pathetic. I will never put my foot back there sorry. Besides the facility the staff portray the exact behavior of the government facilities. Using wires to out the television, no curtains open in the morning , the nurses aren't friendly, the emergency bell doesn't work. I'm not sure why this hospital is still open. it clearly needs an upgrade along with the old school nurses that we had before. I didn't meet any patient that didn't complain and just wanted to be transferred to another hospital. The ending was the worse part they are still using paper boards to wright about your experiences??? really.... They just don't care and need a serious serious upgrade and renovation.
