Unprofessional sms
I received a sms today, it goes like this (verbatim) This is our FINAL request for payment to Groenkloof Hospital. Pay no later than 29-FEB-20 to avoid possible Furhter action. ***.
I did not receive an email with a request or reminder. No phone number to contact. I called ***, the lady said I must call ***. That lady says the reference is not valid. Now how can I solve this.
