Unprofessional service received from life health randfontein Robinson private hospital
On the 30th of June 2023 my son was rushed to life health randfontein Robinson private hospital due to a critical condition with his life on the life and having a medical aid the African nurses on duty refused to help my son and told the pharmacies to leave and that they will not assist my 2 and a half year old son, the service received there was unprofessional and the nurses played with my son's life. I have everything on recording of the ill treatment that my son received from the nurses at life health randfontein Robinson private hospital and need hello Peter to assist me.

05 Sept 2023, 10:00Since my complaint in July Robinson has show no remorse or sympathy for the treatment that my son received from the hospital, if only I could legal advice on how to go further with this matter this not how to treat people honestly. I am a mother in pain and going through some serious medical issues with my 3 year old son who is in and out of hospital.
