Unprofessional, ****** Service

I would like to lodge a complaint regarding services my father received at your hospital at a certain DR G KLOPPER. The unprofessional, rude and ****** staff and Doctor need to be dealt with and addressed!!!!

My father had an appointment at 1 o’clock at the Doctor and was there 5 minutes before the time, he brought all the necessary information regarding his situation and condition.

The Doctor never even took my father to the consultation rooms, or had a look at the information, as he just asked if my father is going for the operation….however if he had taken the time to read the information would have noticed that my father is unable to go under anaesthetics due to the pulmonary embolism he had a while ago.

The Doctor then had to leave all of a sudden and still till today has not contacted my father!!!!

The receptionist then had the audacity to then mention that my father still owes them money !!!! when this was a hospital account when he was admitted that GEMS had already paid. Laughing in his face stating that he is ignoring the emails sent !!!!!! This in unacceptable and I will ensure that this is known to everyone .

He then received a call from Dr Kloppers wife stating that they are not ******…..and I quote “ they have a lot of brown “ patients !!!!!!

This I promise will be taken forward and made known and the Hospital name will be mentioned in all my communications.

Someone needs to urgently call me on ***.
