Unprofessional Joyce Receptionist/Switchboard

Few days ago I realised that I have lost my drivers' license and one of the places I could have possibly used my Drivers' License was at Vincent Pallotti for admissions on 18 Feb . So today I called in and as I was explaining to the Receptionist who picked up my call the reason for my call she put me on hold so I assumed I was being transferred to another Department. I held on until I decided to drop the call because quite frankly there is nothing as annoying as someone who just cuts you off when you're still explaining yourself and not even say where or who they are transferring your call to. I dialled again and the same person answered, once again cutting me off this time telling me that if they had my drivers' license they would have called me. I was trying to tell her that, that may be the case but there is a chance that they could have called and I was not available, in that case, common sense will be for me to play my part and call the places I could have left my drivers' license at, she cut the call again. Third time I called she picked up and dropped the call. Fourth time I was now requesting to speak to someone responsible for the Reception because it was clear that there is no chance of getting any help from this lady. I called again and asked if I could speak to the person in charge. Now all of a sudden she starts to ask if I was the lady who called about the drivers' license and was quick to tell me that she could not find it. So my question to her was exactly when did she go to look because she has already told me that if they have found the drivers' license they would have called me. She then tells me that she has already told me that she has looked in the drawer and by now I am really getting annoyed because not only is she rude in manning the switchboard /reception she is also a **** and I told her that she was lying and in any case I was not interested in speaking to her anymore hence I requested someone charge. She told me that her colleague is her witness and he can testify that she has looked for it. She said I can speak to her Manager Zaid Roberts, she trasferred the call, ringing no response. Not that I believed that the Zain he was referring to was her real manager or the colleague she so wanted me to speak to and testify something that we both know had not taken place. His line just rang with no response and I decided I am not going to call again it's clear that Joyce will pick up the call once again and I am not interested in speaking to someone who lacks customer service yet is supposedly the first point of contact with the customers. So I am going to ask Vincent Pallotti to please find out if there has been any drivers' license picked up or left at the Reception area/ Admissions Desk. As for Joyce if does not want to work she should stay at home I'm pretty sure there is a person who would be keen on assisting or receiving customers in a more polite and professional manner. I mean she cannot be out-performed by the doctors and nurses at that hospitals hers is a simple one of answering calls and getting up on her desk to look for my drivers' license.
