Unprofessional

My daughter was really not well. So they had tests run the day before, was told to call the next day @07:00am. Fast forward next day made the call I was told I'd be called back. HOURS WENT BY... I decided to call and check what's the hold up (15:00) after being sent from pillar to post. No.1 being told the Dr who was assisting us yesterday isn't present No.2 Told to hang up they will call me back No.3 The nurse giving us two different results first they are all negative second the change to positive the inaccuracy? No.4 I asked for the results to be emailed to me I'm told they are unable to because their systems are down. The unprofessional manner this was handled? And my daughter feeling unwell.
