Unpleasant experience and service

My dad was admitted 18 May 2020..72 years old. Took me 30 min to find him after his surgery in which ward he was.... Both arms had drips etc.. Do not assist him to it... Dont give a damn to close the room at night and very noisy what about all the sick patients.. Understand its a hospital but do you need to bee loud and not considering the patients. SURGICAL 1 WARD. On Wednesday my dad was discharge 20 May 2020...his arms bruised and you good see the needle hole and the vein was damaged... While e waits for his discharge letters they provide him with food they ask him to leave the room and eat in the next room they didn't assist him with his luggage etc. That ver inconsiderate... Gabe hom his chronicle meds did tell him him he must wait for his description meds... He not use to be in hospital.. So he walked nobody even suggest a wheelchair... When we were already at home then they phone he was supposed to get described meds.. A Suster Agnes was so kind to bring it to us at Midmed Hospital in Middelburg.. I am so disappointed with the Personnel of CosmosnbecausebInwas treated in the past with so much care... And I expect better service when it comes to a elderly person... The doctor was an absolute Angel and did such a good surgery my dad do not experience any pain etc... The doctor the only Positive piece in this case.. And I must say we as patients pay a lot of money for Medical aids and this is what we get in Private Hospitals!!!!!!
