Unit Manager MJ Botes

Mrs MJ Botes has the most disrespective approve to talk to Parents of patients. She doesn't greet parents or grand parent, speaking to grown adults as if she is referring to children. This has happen twice on two separate occations. She needs people's s****s training. She leaves her manners at home.
