Unhappy patient

Very rude persons at their trauma unit,drip was inserted to my wifes hand only for me to find out it was leaking at the needle point (person inserted drip (Thabo) i notified doctor at trauma who instructed a female behind the desk to rectify, because i mentioned she had requested me to leave the trauma unit , very unprofessional ,im most unhappy and not satisfied with this kind of service ,This incident needs to be investigated ,my contact details *** Ronald .
