Unhappy Patient

Good day

I would like to bring attention to the fact that we have literally no aircon in our ward. I am in Room 1.2 the first night the ward was really cold and a few people complained so they turned it up a bit. We have reported this to the nurses and they said they will call the guy who deals with the aircon.

He then goes on about the D & E wards have the same aircon thats nonsense as you can feel the D ward cold as you walk i to that desk area.

We have resulted to have a fan that swings in our room which we have put next to us as friends the main plug point that is next to the basin DOESN'T work.

Seriously i am not sleeping at night snd its driving me insane. The staff just say they cant do anything
