Unfit doctors with poor service

Poor service, worst than a government hospital. So iv been admitted since 19.08.2018 (the doctors insisted i come in early so to prep for theatre) I'm still lying on this bed today (20.08.2018) without any help. I was told that I will be in theatre at 13h00 and I shouldn't eat, it's almost 17h00 and I'm starving, still without any help because the doctors are busy. Why do these stupid doctors take to many cases at once, I'm paying too much to be waiting on a flipping queue the whole day with pain
