Unfair service by Dr Mashile at Brenthurst Hospital

I have been with pediatrician Dr Mashile since the birth of my daughter (18 months now) but was shocked with the service I got today. He saw my daughter almost a week ago so I called checking if they can check up on her again as she was not getting better ,I was told to come back and I won't pay, when I got there am told no since you are using the Medical aid we will charge you. Am like no you charging us way more than when we pay cash and on top we have to buy the medication , how can I pay for or almost R2k ( they charge over R900 on Medical and R600 cash) in a week's time . Then when the medical aid exhaust we have to pay cash, the lady just told me that's how it's done. And I say it's a *******. Just because we on medical aids we should be overcharged. These are the funds we should use for the whole year.
