Unfair practice and double standards

i took my Girlfriend to Life hospital Wilgeheuwel at the end of March 2019 Visit Number: ********** 008. as i Private patient i understand that you need to get funds to cover the costs. I payed the funds from my Debit card. less than half the fund ended up being used and was not contacted to be told i can get a refund.

The total that needs to be refunded is R 22 635.10

You insist on payment before you will touch a private patient yet its near to impossible to get my refund from you.

its a month after the patients discharge and i don't have my money back.
