Unfair harassment for monies paid

I had a pleasant stay. The trouble started after discharge when I had to make a co payment. We made a payment arrangement but then they kept calling so we made full payment. A few months later, I was called and told that I was owing. Took the time to help them allocate the funds. Today I receive a call from a Simone Reddy with the SAME complaint. It’s been almost a year since admission and I still have to deal with this. No one goes to hospital because they are well and happy- it’s even more disappointing to be harassed in this manner.
