********* Practice from Carissa Naidu

My medical did not pay for medication that my baby needed in ICU. After being contacted by the Life Heathcare Accounts department, I made payment arrangements. Carissa Naidu made the arrangement and she proceeded to hand me over before we could make any payments. Since then I have handed this matter to my lawyer and Carissa Naidu has not rep**** on any mails.

This matter requires urgent attention as Carissa did not follow procedure.
