Unacceptable service

<p>I was admitted at life Peglerae in Rustenburg in April, and I'm not a happy patient. On my arrival which was in the middle of the night, in so much pain the teller at reception told me I had to pay a once off fee, when I told her I did not have the money she refused to admit me and told me I'll have to come back when I have the cash. I told her I've been admitted in the hospital before on the same medical aid plan and never had to pay a fee and she told me she can't do anything I must pay this fee, I made ends meet and paid the money, after I was discharged I called my medical aid to confirm if there has been any changes because this was strange only to find out that I was not supposed to be charged that fee like I told the lady but she rudely refused to hear reason. I called the hospital to get the money refunded, sent all the docs they requested for, I was told the refund process will take 7-10 working days and its now been almost 2 months and no refund has been made. To me this is theft, I was inconvenienced because someone did not know what they were doing and I'm the one thats supposed to follow Up and run after the hospital when it is their mistake. Peglerae I want my money asap!!!! </p>
