Treatment at Glenview psychiatric Clinic

What a bad experience. I'm worst off when I was discharged than the time I willingly been admitted. After 2 weeks of bad treatment by the night staff, I decided to discharge myself. I went to the security officer and asked him nicely to let me out. He refused, but I kept on asking nice. The next moment, I was grabbed by a bunch of security officers from behind, which totally man handled me. They grabbed me by the arm's and leg's and dragged me to Yellow Wood ward. It's a one room ward with only a badly stain urine matrass and nothing else. Not a toilet, nor a basin. I was thrown in with such force that I hit my head against the opposite wall. When you ask to use the toilet, the nurses simply ignore you, I didn't even get water. I was so bruised, and I'm still struggling with a bruised rib bone. I only saw the GP two days later. The same day I got out of Yellow Wood, I got my own room. As I was sitting on my bed, I heard a noise outside my room. I got up and went to the door, a black security officer was busy pushing an old white gentleman who has dementia into a chair and repeatedly shouting at him "I will kill you, I will kill you" over and over again. I was so frightened because of the way the security men handled me that I just went back to my bed. Talking about ******. Everything that I talked about is recorded on the security cameras. Is this the way you would want your loved ones to be treated while they're in desperate need of help? If I could, I wouldn't even give Glenview a one-star, rather a minus five stars.
