Treatment at ER

So.... I had a complaint last week about mercantile hospital, update... after all the drama we had, went to my GP because my child was still complaining about his arm being sore. Dr reviewed the same xray, which was reviewed at the emergency room, and what to we find out??? Hand at the thumb is fractured. He was not bandaged at the hospital, got meds for pediatrics, not even something for pain, for inflamation, even though he is the size and weight of an adult male. So how am I suppose to deal with all this. Forced me to pay upfront, which they could have sent a bill, but no.... and this what you get even if you are on medical aid. Got a survey about how clean the place was, after that a survey about how they treated us, and until now no response or phone call. No no no, this is plain nonsense
