Traumatic experience at Flora Clinic

Patient no *** , On the ***5 I had a horrific experience at Flora Clinic trauma , there was 5 people before yet I had to wait from 11:00 untill 18:00 when i left , Doctor T Richards treated me for 10 min then he left , told the nurse to put me on a drip and give me meds in the drip for pain and nausea , the meds seemed to make me aggitated and gave me a fever yet the nurse did nothing when I complained , my thinking is the doctor was supposed to give me meds to make me comfortable becos of the adverse reaction yet nobody bothered to help me, I have a bladder problem yet the nurse insisted that I have a full bladder for the sona ,after drinking the water was told to just wait untill its my turn and I was given a cardboard little container to urinate in if I have to , after me crying with the uncomfortable feeling I had a lady at the x ray dep helped me ,then again waited to c the doctor who told me that I can only be admitted if im willing to take more antibiotics on the vein yet I had no infection , he told me to go home if i refuse the drip yet he gave me no meds to help me, I was wheeled to the x ray department by a porter who thort it was a kyalami race ,
