Threatened patient

So... since when is it ok for nurses to threaten patients when a simple queation is asked "sister please can i have my night meds" (this was way past 23:00 at night) then when they get annoyed because you interrupt their "social time" start screaming and shouting at patients. Then threatening to inject them with heavens know what.

Phoned the hospital Manager this morning at around 08:30 and at 15:30 still no feedback from hospital, management or day supervisors about the situation. How is patients supposed to feel "safe" in hospitals when this is going on?
