Our daugter was born premature due to all her health issues the medical aid was exhausted She went to flora last month due to her having fever that we could not get under control then she went this month due to her having a very runny stomach that did not stop at all we where unaware that the medical aid did not pay the acc to the hospital so on our sec visit to the Er they inform me the gentleman in front I need to pay I adv them I am un able to pay on the spot due to my bank acc being hacked an all my money withdraw and Fnb was busy with a investigation then I sign a document stating I will pay month end when I get my salary and he was not happy about this as he adv me they are very strick should I fail to pay then he will hand me over I told him again I will pay month end

Now my husband went to the Er we believe he broke his hand they don't want to assist him as we need to pay 1st before they will assist him this is so wrong on many levels and this is how you as a hospital treat your patients you will rather for instance let a patient Die before you help them as you want your money for your Dr 1st I sign a document to pay month en Flora will get there money this is the worst hospital ever I will never ever go back to you
