This is the world we live in

Paying the medical aid rates we do in SA should give us semi good services but this it does not. In this hospital that we pay so much to use, the staff rush off at 21:00 to find empty beds. They lay sleeping with the patients and the service then as you can well imaging is "Non existent!" The medical aids should go and check the hospitals out that they pay so much money for. They are the ones that tell you what hospital you may use or not!!
