They need a team of 1000 people just to deal with their accounts.

I was discharged from the clinic 30 January 2017,and l have been getting letters to pay a fee of R1428.70 for being discharged late because my medical aid would not pay for a late discharge,now they making it my fault that l was discharged late as if l knew that l will be discharged on that day. l find this very unfair because l will be paying for something that is clearly not my fault,if l had known l will be discharged l would have ensured that l will be discharged on time to avoid all this mayhem.
