The worst hospital accounts department

Since I have been in this hospital 2 years ago, all I have is problems with their accounts department.

I was retrenched in Feb ( did notify them) and about a week ago I received an sms to say that my account was handed over to a lawyer firm for collection.

I receive NO communication from anyone from that hospital for the past 6 months. I've send an email to Thea van Rheenen, she rep**** that they must remove my account from legal and forward me a statement as requested. I offered to start to pay R200 from the end of Nov. Lucia and Jessica was instructed to get back to me....guess what ....I am still waiting. Yet just to receive another message demanding the full amount. LIKE HELL.

This is by far the worst hospital account department I have ever dealt with.
