The worse service ever

My one year and 10 months daughter was admitted to the hospital Saturday evening the Sunday morning they told me my medical aid decline the authorisation I ask if they can wait till Monday then they can just find out why the medical aid decline the claim they were not interested in that all they wanted is there R9600.45 I told them I'm on holiday so I will be using that money . On Monday I got at the hospital at 12 pm I was told that I need to sort out the medical aid I then phoned the medical aid to ask they said the claim was done wrong and the will approve it so I go to the hospital and they tell me I need to claim from the medical aid I said I paid them and I want the money from them finally they say they will refund me but I have to wait 7 to 10 working days that is 2 weeks I have to wait for my own money back and they don't wanted to wait one day for the money but I must wait 2 weeks
