The reference number are ***/1 and ***/1 had sent all the requirements to Life Entabeni Accounts Refunds Department and was told by a consultant Jerry that this Wednesday payment was to be processed. I phoned back today he says the department that pays out did not do payment as yet. The consultant who was dealing with the paperwork was Dora and the manager is Jessica Issacs.
