The most unprofessional staff and doctor.

I was here on the evening of 25/12/2018. WORST experience at an emergency room ever. The emergency department has no idea how triage works and how to prioritize patients accordingly and some patients did get preferential treatment because they know the staff. I didn't mind waiting as I was able to, but to see other patients in the waiting room in severe pain, being ignored was unacceptable. The nursing staff has little communication amongst each other and had no clue who should be next and for what. The female doctor on duty was the rudest and most unprofessional I have come across in my medical career. After explaining my main concern, she blatantly asked me what she must do about it. No compassion, no caring, just sarcasm. All I heard was her complaining about her working hours and patients. Also discussing other patients in front of you is not even allowed. After receiving my treatment (drip placed), I was once again ignored when I told them I am done. After asking the nursing staff to remove the drip numerous times, I took it upon myself and removed it. I was so relieved when I walked out. A Life hospital will never see myself, my family, friends or any of my patients again.
