The hospital help my ex wife commit ***** with my details

<p>In August my ex wife visited the hospital with my old medical aid card. I removed her on the medical aid long ago.The hospital assist her using my details even when her details were removed by the medical aid on the system. Later the hospital noticed their mistake and the assistant manager by the name of Wendy Robertson promised to transfer all account to the private capacity of my ex wife. I was all happy hoping all is well. Few months down the line Lancet laboratory is serving me with the accounts statement for the value of R1500 ,for the same account that I was under the impression is resolved and closed. So I called lancet to explain the situation. But their call centre agent told me I am the gurantor and demand payment asap. I visited lancet laboratory in wilgeheuwel hospital on the 13.09.2016 to get clarity on when I had signed to be the gurantor for someone removed on my medical aid. The lancet receptionist gave me stinking attitude and she told me " there's nothing she can do and I must call the call centre". The lancet receptionist told me the hospital nurse submitted my details to lancet laboratory as a gurantor and so I must sort it out because none of their staff drew blood on the patient. Wendy from wilgeheuwel hospital ignore my calls and emails. Lancet call centre agents are harassing me with calls as if I owe them. I have proof of my biometric system indicating I was on one of my clients premises at the time they admit this private patient. Me and the private patient we not in talking terms and lancet girl told me I must call ex wife and beg her to pay her account </p>
