The College denying me my full academic record.

I phoned this college to ask for a transcript, the colleges Secretary told me to pay R800 in Life Health-care's account, i paid the money the i emailed the college the proof of payment then i called the College to confirm that i paid and emailed them the proof of payment. Now the Secretary is telling me that i will only get the transcript for the first year not for the second year, she said the reason is because i did my second year long time ago, what i don understand now is the fact that i didn't't do the second year before i do first year, i did first year as usually before i do second year, but now they tell me that they don't have my record for my second year because i did it long time ago but they have the record for first year. I want the College to provide me with my first and second year transcripts.
