Thank you so very much

My mom checked into hospital on Monday for a shoulder replacement. From the very beginning the staff have been wonderful. Last night she had a bit of a delayed reaction to the anaesthetic. For us this was a frightening experience, but the staff in ward 6B and ICU went out of their way to comfort her and to reassure us. These ladies truly know the meaning of customer service. I thank you from the bottom of my heart.
