I would like to express my gratitude to the team of excellent nurses, orderlies and administrative staff who helped my son, Awande-Amashenge Uluthando Buthelezi , during a recent stay at Parklands Hospital Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NNICU), I was overwhelmed with profound gratitude by the care offered by staff at Parklands Hospital Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NNICU) for my son, the love, teaching and the friendliness. I have so much confidence in the understanding as well as the competence of the team at Parklands Hospital Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NNICU) that I know things will go well and they will do their very best in taking care of all the kids within the Unit. Sister Jane, Bev , Mvelase, Cebo, Gladys you guys are the most amazing people ever , who devote themselves to the care of our most vulnerable babies, For however broken our medical system seems to be, you are the bright spot. You spend the majority of your life surrounded by either the walls of the OR or the CICU’s because of a calling, a calling to change lives and enhance the futures of our little ones.
