Terrible service.

Good Day. I have an account issue and have been requesting to a statement to be sent to me from Wilgeheuwel Hospital for treatment for my son. My request have been ignored and now I am being threatened by lawyers. Firstly the Hospital used the incorrect codes to admit my son and we ended up with a massive hospital bill and each and every time we get an account we paid it then suddenly there is another account. I have now stopped payment up until I receive what I requested.

This has been ongoing since 2021 and the service received from the admin department is pathetic.
