Terrible service at Kingsbury hospital, and no follow up,after reporting

Very bad service after birth of grandson at Kingsbury Hospital Hospital staff in Neonatal unit. My grandson was jaundiced and became ill after being discharged from Kingsbury hospital. He was readmitted to the NICU, in March 2025, the same day after his discharge. The nursing staff in the unit was absolutely inept and unable to handle the situation, after called to come on duty. She had influenza, was constantly wiping her nose with a dirty cloth, wore a mask, had no idea how to take the babies temperature or work the lights on the incubator to manage the jaundice or even how to feed the baby. My daughter was distraught and basically had to care for her baby, our grandson on her own. After going to the hospital management to complain, they were very sorry and showed their discomfort at our experience. They promised to follow up on this matter and to call us with feedback. It is 4 months later and we have not heard a single word from the Kingsbury hospital management. I would therefore have strong reservations about referring any one to this establishment .
