Terrible Service at Emergency Unit

Received terrible service at Emergency Unit. Nurses being sarcastic with patients and doctors infront of patients or just ignoring them as they walk past.

The cleaning lady, helped me get another blanket and assisted me to the bathroom. 5 Starts for her??for going beyond what is expected.
