TERRIBLE SERVICE AT EMERGENCY AND XRAY DEPARTMENT!!!!!!

<p>I Went through to emergency unit on saturday 4th March 2017. My son is FOUR years old and was writhing in pain. i got to the hospital 21:24. i waited to be taking through the emergency doors until 22:30. when i finally got to the unit, my son and i waited for a doctor for 2 hours. I finally asked a nurse how long the doctor would take and she said there is only one doctor i must wait. no preference was given to the fact that my son is Four and in pain and should be seen first. Finally he was seen for LESS than THREE MINUTES. given a syrup and we were sent on our way. The medication was for tummy. my son has NOTHING related to his stomach. I had to go back again when he was screaming in pain. i got to the hospital at 10. at 11 we went for xrays. at 13:00 the xrays were still not sent back to the doctor and at this point my son had not eaten yet, was in pain and was exhausted. I want an answer as to what is happening to Groenkloof Hospital because the service and attitude is pathetic. An xray report took 2.5 HOURS to be sent just to diagnose what is wrong with my toddler. is this what this PRIVATE HOSPITAL has come too???</p>
