Terrible service at Clinic for the second time

This is the second time my grandfather has been admitted to Dalview Clinic in Brakpan with terrible service. We admitted him on the 3rd of January with a severe case of "Gordelroos" Because he is so old, he had to be sedated, which was fine by us, but, every time we went to visit my grandfather, his plate of food was left untouched and he had nothing to drink. When my mom went to visit my grandfather, he was lying in a bundle, one sock on his foot, the other, no where to be found. Again his food was untouched, so she started asking questions. No one seemed to have any answers and they kept on telling us to come back the following day. Do they really think we don't work? Back in my grandfather's room, my mom proceeded to give him something to drink with a syringe, because they did not have straws. He was so thirsty, she thought he would never stop drinking. My mom was so angry, she threatened to move my grandfather to Linmed hospital. More or less a day later, a nurse told my mom that they have realised that my grandfather cannot eat or drink by himself. A WEEK LATER!!! Today, on the 13th of January 2019, the nurses tried to insert a feeding tube while my grandfather WAS NOT SIDATED!!! The bedspread had blood all over it!!! I mean really!!! what type of hospital is this? Why work at a hospital if you have no passion for it. I am demanding answers for this bad service my grandfather has been receiving for a SECOND time!!!
