Terrible service

I was admitted being 26 weeks pregnant in the maternity ward. Nurses missed the correct time to administer medication. Iv meds administered an hour late and oral dose four hourslate. The unit manager then decides to call me her boss when I asked her whats going on .She then afterwards decides to ignore me .The nurses complain about each other and gossip about other patients . They make fun of patients that come in crying or upset. When I needed auth to see Dr Viranna it took case management 3 days to tell me my medical aid rejected it and its a scheme exclusion . To find out one week later that my medical aid authorised it and I was already discharged. Sister Kogie and Sister Hannah did their best in their care for me . Its sad that all the other nurses could not be as professional and dedicated as they were. The nursing staff really need to sort out their differences and act maturely .and stop complaining about other nurses to patients.We are sick already , we dont care if ure fellow nursing colleagues refuse to put up drips and we dont want to overlook the fact that u forgot to check fetal heart.Do your jobs . I will never go to Chatsmed after this.
