terrible experience for the 4th time

<p>I am complaining for the 2nd time on this chat,and nothing seems to be solved,i am at Chatsmead gardens hospital for the 4th week now the food and dishes are so Terrible,i had n cracked cup,dirty tea jug.i am n high resistant hypertension patient who has sever high blood pressure my food comes ice cold to me n taste is very salty n also comes late,we are sick patients n we pay a lot to be here I dnt expect to be treated in this manner,I asked to see the manager which he/she takes forever to come n nothing seems to be done.</p>
