Terrible and humiliation service

Received extremely terrible service from Rose Acres Hospital( Lancet Laboratory). I brought my staff for COVID testing after they were referred by the doctor. The service from the Testing Staff was very rude and terrible in such a way that everyone in the que knew that my staff came for COVID testing. I called the Hospital(Keke) line to complain and she sent two Nursing Sisters (Afrikaans Ladies) who were equally as rude as their fellow white employees. We were later assisted with no apology at all after the great humiliation we received.
